Current Students

The PhD Program Regenerative Sciences started in October 2007. Currently, 70 students are enrolled in the program: 5 students belong to the year of 2007, 16 students to the years of 2008 and 2009, 17 students to the year 2010,  and 16 students newly enrolled in 2011.

Educational backgrounds

The current students enrolled in the PhD Program Regenerative Sciences have a large variety of educational backgrounds, e.g. biochemistry, (human) biology, (molecular) biomedicine, biomedical sciences, biomedical engineering, biotechnology, chemistry, medicine, microbiology, (molecular) life sciences, physics, and veterinary medicine.

Nationalities

The PhD Program Regenerative Sciences is an International Program with approximately half the number of students coming from abroad (38 in total). Currently, 21 different nationalities are present in the program: Austria, Belorussia, China, Columbia, Germany, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Iran, Jordan, Malaysia, Mexico, Poland, Russia, Serbia and Montenegro, Switzerland, Taiwan, Tanzania, Turkey, and Ukraine.
