The PhD Program Regenerative Sciences started in October 2007. Currently, 62 students are enrolled in the program: 2 students belong to the year of 2012, 14 students to the year of 2013, 11 students to the year of 2014, 15 students to the year of 2015 and 20 students to the year of 2016. So far, 73 students successfully graduated from the program.
The current students enrolled in the PhD Program Regenerative Sciences have a large variety of educational backgrounds, e.g. biochemistry, (human) biology, (molecular) biomedicine, biomedical sciences, biomedical engineering, biotechnology, chemistry, medicine, microbiology, (molecular) life sciences, physics, medicine and veterinary medicine as well as pharmacy.
The PhD Program Regenerative Sciences is an International Program with almost half the number of students coming from abroad (32 in total). Currently, 20 different nationalities are present in the program: Belgium, China, Colombia, Croatia, France, Germany, Ghana, Hungary, India, Iran, Italy, Morocco, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, South Africa, Turkey, Ukraine, USA.
